How does RoadLife detect my flights?
Register your tail number and we'll automatically detect your flights and notify you to confirm.
How are expenses matched?
RoadLife syncs your corporate card charges from Concur and matches them to the correct tour automatically based on date, merchant, and amount.
What does 'Sync Emails' do?
It checks your configured email accounts for hotel and rental car booking confirmations and adds them to your trip.
How do I add a tail number?
You can add a tail number from the Dashboard. Enter the tail number (e.g., N387QS) and we'll verify it.
What is the Concur login for?
Signing into Concur lets RoadLife create and populate expense reports for you to review.
How does Export My Data work?
It downloads all your trip data (flights, hotels, rentals, reports) as a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. All sensitive data including Concur credentials are encrypted with AES-256 encryption. Your Concur login is protected by Face ID and only used during one-shot report builds.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > RoadLife.
How does the Concur login work?
Save your Concur username and password in Settings (protected by Face ID). When you build a report, RoadLife logs in once, creates the report, sets categories and cities, uploads receipts, and logs out. You may need to approve a 2FA prompt from Okta.
How do I scan receipts?
Tap the + button on the Expenses page to scan receipts from your camera roll. RoadLife uses AI to extract the merchant, date, amount, and expense type automatically. You can review and edit before saving.
How do I fix errors on a Concur report?
If Concur flags an item after building, tap the item in Report Detail to see the error. Edit the field that needs fixing (city code, from/to location), save, then tap Re-enrich to push the correction.
What is the flying schedule calendar?
The Calendar tab shows your rotation schedule (7/7, 8/6, or custom). Vacation days, medical appointments, and holidays are tracked separately. Stats show your work days, total days, and paid holidays worked.
How do tips work?
After reviewing your expenses for a tour, confirm your tips on the Expenses page. Tips are entered as cash payments and automatically added to your Concur report when you build it.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, partially. You can view cached flights, expenses, and reports offline. Syncing, report building, and receipt scanning require an internet connection. An offline banner appears when you're disconnected.
How do I change my rotation schedule?
Tap the rotation icon (circular arrows) on the Calendar tab. Choose 7&7, 8&6, or CC Schedule, pick your start day, and apply. Your calendar fills through the end of the year.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data (CSV or Google Sheet) from Settings before cancelling. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
